Auto-renewed services are eligible for refund if the request is made within 14 days after renewal. Please contact our support team promptly to cancel or request a refund.
Refunds are not granted in cases where users lack the technical skills or understanding to properly use the services. ProxyAZ does not offer technical training or education.
