At ProxyAZ, we strive to maintain fairness and transparency in all transactions. Refunds are available under the specific conditions listed below and apply only to transactions totaling less than $50 USD.

1.1 Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds for payments under $50 can be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully used or consumed.

1.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar methods: Refunds are available if your account is closed and the purchased service has not been used.
Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds may be issued within 14 days for account closure or undelivered products. Processing time: 3 calendar days after approval.

1.3 Failure to Deliver

If ProxyAZ fails to deliver a purchased product or service, you are entitled to a full refund (100%).

1.4 Service Usage

If a proxy or bandwidth-based service has been used less than 10% of the purchased limit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds apply only to individual proxy purchases and not bulk or subsequent purchases.

1.5 Auto-Renewals

Auto-renewed services are eligible for refund if the request is made within 14 days after renewal. Please contact our support team promptly to cancel or request a refund.

1.6 Technical Competence

Refunds are not granted in cases where users lack the technical skills or understanding to properly use the services. ProxyAZ does not offer technical training or education.

1.7 Non-Refundable Uses

Refunds are not available if the proxies or services have been used in the following cases:

Survey, gambling, or dating websites
Social media automation or account creation resulting in bans (Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
Other violations listed in our Appropriate Use Policy

1.8 Human-Driven Services

All ProxyAZ services are fully automated. No human-operated or manual custom services are provided.

Note: Refunds are only available for transactions under $50 USD and will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund requests beyond 14 days are not eligible.
